		<description>I agree. I find myself wondering why I feel so humorless compared to everyone laughing around me, sometimes. But it&#039;s so often because everything considered funny in the mainstream seems to be at the expense of someone else, and I don&#039;t find that funny at all. 

Anyone know of some outstandingly funny people who criticize their own -isms (or other social commentary) in a way that draws laughs and enlightenment at the same time (without resorting to other -isms to do so)? I&#039;d really like to see some of that.</description>

		<description>Right on. I think that we really need to find a place where our collective humor isn&#039;t dependent upon systems of oppression. Because if something is boring if it isn&#039;t sexist, racist, fatphobic, ageist, ableist, etc-- thats fucked up, and it needs to change.</description>
